The objective is to develop an online system for Certified True Copy for auto-

generated certified true copy form without human intervention. The system

will help companies and individual users to get certified true copies from a

predefined list of data extracts as soon as payment is verified.

Objective


System Login/SignUp

Fill in your user ID and Password

Only authorized users can log in to the system. The user will provide thecorrect user ID and password to log into the system.

If you are not a company user, then you can sign up in the system.

Fill in all the required fields.After clicking on the SignUp button, the user will get a verification codeon email and provided mobile number.

After successful sign up, please Log in to the system.

After Login, the following process will be available to Authorized Person.

For an auto-generated certified true copy click on "Digital Certified TrueCopy"

This is the list of submitted Processes for Digital CTCs.

Click "Apply New Digital CTC"for filling of new CTC Process.

Step 1In the first section, you need to enter the company name for which yourequire CTC.

Click on Select Name link.

A popup screen will appear, where you need to write the companyname whose Digital Certified True Copies are requiredE.g. GIGA HERTZ COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED

Some company's data cannot be given in CTC, because they are ininquiry.

In Second Section, You need to list the Documents whose Digital CTCis required.

Select the document name from the dropdow

Here the fees will appear against the selected Form.

Click on the company name.Company name and Incorporation will be populated.

If some company data is not available e.g. as the company has nodata for a mortgage then the system will notify the user at earlierstages.

Section four contains the Applicant's Information, these fields arenon-editable and are prefilled with the SignIn/SignUp Information.

This email address will be used to communicate with the user.Payment Verification will also be sent to this email.Digital Document will also be delivered to this email.

Print the bank challan from Submitted processes and Pay therequired fees.

Your challan will be verified by SECP's resource person, andyou'll be notified through an email.

You can also access Digital CTC under the Digital Certified TrueCopy link on the first page after login.

Open the PDF Document attached to the email.This document is the Digital CTC that was requested.

How the QR code works

Once you get the desired CTC's you'll find a QR Code on the top-rightof the page.

You can scan this QR Code using any mobile/web scanner.

This code consists of the data, the CTC name and details of thecompany, and the person who requested the CTC.



You'll find a link at the end of document's first page.

This link contain some basic information of company like; CNIC, nameregistered office etc.
