What is a CarbonCare Event?CarbonCare Event a trademarked product of CarbonCare Asia (CCA). A CarbonCare Event is managed inuch a way to produce low carbon dioxide emissions. Forhe inevitable portion of carbon emission, it will be offsethrough the purchase of carbon credits, so the total

carbon emission will be either reduced or offset, hencemaking the event a Carbon Neutral Event. The objectives create an event that produces the least or no carbonmpact on the environment.

An event incurs carbon dioxide emissions throughenergy use, logistics and transportation, accommodation,water, food and beverage. International standards havebeen developed for measuring, reducing, offsetting andverifying an events carbon impact. We follow a step-by--step procedure to advice corporations or event organisers on carbon footprint measurementand carbon management system, so that they can maximize carbon reduction in various aspects of the event,both during the preparatory period and the event itself. Voluntary Emission Reductions (VERs) arepurchasable credits transferred from greenhousegases reductions made possible by an emissions-reducing project, such as a wind farm.
