Subject: Celebration of Constitution Day on 26.11.2019 and allied activities, reg.

In continuation of Circular Nos. 61/2019 & 64/2019 on the subject cited above, it is informed that Preamble to the Constitution is also required to be read in all schools on 26.11.2019 at 11.00 AM this year and every year. Further, it is suggested that banner regarding Samvidhan diwas may also be put up at the place where Preamble is being read out by students and teachers. A copy each of the ‘Preamble’ in Hindi and English is attached.
