ERRATA
1. The Elections Law (2017 Revision)
The Elections Law (2017 Revision), incorporating the Elections Rules, were published as Supplement No. 11 with
Extraordinary Gazette No. 45 dated 31st May, 2017. However, the Elections (Amendment) Rules 2009 which were
published as Supplement No. 1 with Extraordinary Gazette No. 27 dated 24th April, 2009 were inadvertently omitted from both the 2013 Revision and the 2017 Revision of the Elections Law.
The omitted provisions relate to-
(i) the repeal of rule 3(2); (ii) the deletion of selected words in rule 3(3); and
(iii) the repeal of Form E.
Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Elections Law (2017 Revision), accordingly.
2. The Customs (Bonded Warehouses) Regulations (2017 Revision)
The Customs (Bonded Warehouses) Regulations (2017 Revision) which were published as Supplement No. 3 with
Extraordinary Gazette No. 45 dated 31st May, 2017 does not contain the amendment referred to in an Erratum
published in Issue No. 18/2014 of the Cayman Islands Gazette dated 8th September, 2014. Part I of Schedule 35 of the Customs (Bonded Warehouses) Regulations (2017 Revision) should therefore be deleted
and substituted as follows-
“That part of the building located at Block OPY, Parcel 161, Unit Number 108 in Island Plaza, located at 32 Harbour Drive, George Town, Grand Cayman, consisting of an area of (9 feet by 13 feet) 117 square feet
more particularly delineated on the plan attached to the application for approval of a bonded warehouse
made by Saiana Sohan-Ebanks of Island Companies Limited on 20 September, 2013.” Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Customs (Bonded Warehouses) Regulations (2017 Revision),
