Stay Connected! Your College Park HS PTO is a vital part of the school. Whether we are assisting with student or parent programs, helping teachers and staff members or working to beautify and enhance school grounds, we are working to support our students and our school. ARMSTRONG MENTORS NEEDED:

CP Parents, Are you looking for a fun and rewarding way to get involved in the College Park school community? If so, mentoring an Armstrong Elementary student might be just what you’re looking for! CP mentors strive to build a caring, consistent, and purposeful relationship with their mentee by providing acceptance, support, guidance, and assistance to promote student success. Mentors are needed for the 2016-2017 school year! Mentoring at Armstrong Elementary takes place during the students’ lunch/recess period, so it requires as little as an hour a month. Please consider joining this truly wonderful program! For more information please contact Ann Young at [email protected]

CP’s Tradition of Giving Continues at Armstrong Elementary! For the 7th year, College Park High School will continue their tradition of giving by hosting a festive holiday Event at our adopted school, Armstrong Elementary on December 15th,

2016. The planning stages are under way, so it is time to organize volunteers for this festive event. Please help College Park spread kindness and good cheer to our Armstrong Elementary friends. Volunteers, we are hoping we can count on you to join the fun this December as we help those less fortunate. If you would like to help, please contact Ann Young at [email protected]. Many hands are needed to host a party for more than 700 students and 80 faculty members. Our first meeting will

take place immediately following the CP PTO meeting on Monday, October 10th at 10:00AM in LGI 2. We hope to see YOU there! Many thanks in
