CuisineOpéra is a unique catering service
that unites gastronomy and music in an
unmatched passion for discovery and en-
tertainment.
The catering service led by Executive Chef Benoit
Leclere and Chef/Tenor Davide Bazzali combines tra-
ditional Italian cuisine with French classics and flare.
The Bazzali - Leclere duo create custom menus that
cater to the desires of their clients while also offering
the possibility to pair the menu with a special live musical repertoire. CuisineOpéra
is able to cover a wide range of events, from cocktails to wedding receptions to cor-
porate team building.

Davide BazzaliChef Ténor
Davide Bazzali was born in Pontremoli, Tuscany, near Lucca, the hometown of Giacomo Puccini. He spent his
informative years in Parma, the city of Giuseppe Verdi. He studied at the Alberghiero di Salsomaggiore and at
the age of nineteen began his career as a chef. Since then, Bazzali has travelled internationally, exporting his
passion and experience in Italian cuisine.
He has studied theatre and voice, and has worked with several musical and theatrical groups in both Canada
and Italy. Bazzali enjoys working in several musical genres, blending lyrical voice techniques with International
rythms.
Benoît Leclereexecutive chef
Après avoir fait ses classes durant 4 ans dans l’une des plus prestigieuse école hôtellière de Paris, Benoît
Leclere travaille plusieurs années dans divers établissements renommés de la capitale française. Il séjourne
ensuite pendant 18 mois au États-Unis où il perfectionne son art sous l’effigie de Paul Bocuse.
De retour en France, il prend la place de chef dans un hôtel restaurant 3�étoiles en bord de mer sur la mag-
nifique Côte D’Émeraude en Bretagne.�Après 3 années, son envie de voyage et de découverte le mène au
Québec. Il fait ses premiers pas en devenant le second de Giovanni Apollo pour lequel il travaille pendant deux
ans. Il passe ensuite au Joverse et y fait l’ouverture en tant que chef exécutif. C’est là qu’il rencontre Davide
Bazzali et fonde Cuisine Opéra.
Kate puxleyhostess & performer
Kate Puxley was born in Edmonton, Alberta and has since lived in Toronto, Ottawa, Italy, and Montreal. From
an early age she was drawn to the arts. She is not only a stage performer and singer but also a sculptor, paint-
er, and gourmande. She is currently completing her MFA at Concordia University.
