2. Select a menu plan or a la carte items from our brochure or let one of our catering managers help you decide.

3. Be prepared to discuss the date, location, number in attendance and the serving time or the event.

CATERING POLICIES• Reservations are made at the time of booking. You

will be asked to estimate the number of guest for your event.

• Confirmation of your catering order will be done by phone and a final headcount will need to be made two days prior to your event.

• Payments may be made by cash, credit card or business check and are due on the day of your event.

• Delivery & Set-Up is available and will be quoted on a per order basis. Plates and Plasticware included on all per person menu plans.

• If Delivery & Set-Up is chosen, you will receive one hour of serving time with Zarda staff and equipment. Additional hours of serving time are available at $25 per hour per employee.”

• All catering orders are subject to Kansas or Missouri sales tax, which is not included in the prices.

• Additional cost for full set of Limited Reserve Burnt Ends.
