FOOD & BEVERAGE REGULATIONSAll food and beverage items served within Troon North Golf Club must be prepared and presented by Troon North Golf Club. No outside caterers or beverage services will be allowed on premises with the exception of approved cake vendors. No food, alcoholic, or non-alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought into or removed from the property. Troon North Golf Club is responsible for the administration of the sales and service of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. In compliance with the state law, all beer, wine and liquor must be supplied and served by Troon North Golf Club. Any violation of these laws and regulations will result in confiscation of food and/or beverage.
PARKING Parking is complimentary. Overnight parking is permitted.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTSAn initial non-refundable deposit (deposit amounts vary based on event) will be due with your signes contract, which will outline your payment schedule. The deposit is applied to your final balance. You may use a credit card or check in order to secure your deposit. Full payment of your estimated balance is due seven business days prior to your event. A credit card authorization form is required to be on file to guarantee any additional charges incurred.
DANCE FLOORWe will provide a dance floor for a rental fee of $300, regardless of size. Maximum Size is 20’ by 20’.
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENTArrangements for the rental of audio-visual equipment must be made at least 72 hours prior to your function. Pricing varies based upon request.
GUARANTEESFinal guarantees are due 7 business days prior to your event. In the absence of a final guarantee, the agreed number from the signed contract will apply.
