For all events, we create a cus-tomized proposal based on your guest list and menu. We give you a variety of options for food choices and work with you on the best plan for your budget. Do you allow menu substitutions?

• We feel the best value for our customers are the complete BBQ menus.

• You can always enhance your menu or you can create your own BBQ menu.

• Our sales team would be happy to create these to meet your needs and budget.

When does Dina’s Caterers staff arrive at the event?

• The grilling staff will arrive (2) hours before the serving time on your contract.

• The meal should take approximately 1 ½ hours to complete.

• We will then breakdown our equipment and take our trash with us when we leave.

• If our staff is needed for more than the hours planned, we would charge per hour/per staff.

Can Dina’s Caterers provide additional staff ?

• Absolutely, we can arrange extra staff at an additional fee.

• We can also arrange a complete bar service, including bartenders and liquor at an additional charge. Dina’s Caterers has a full-service liquor license and is able to provide hosted or cash bars for your event.



DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is require. Full payment of total charges must be paid in cash, credit card or certified bank check three days before the date of function. GUARANTEES: The person making arrangements shall notify Dina’s Caterers of the final guaranteed number of people to be served 10 days before the function. No allowance will be made for any decrease in the number of people served. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction. You may increase your count up to 72 hours before event.

PRICING: All of our menus are priced based on a per person minimum, see individual menus. Check menus for Staffing Requirements. Delivery charge/destination charge may apply. Prices do not include 20% service charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.
