•Chalkydepositsmayoccurinhard waterareas;pleaseuseawater softeningdeviceandensurethat yourinsecutleryonadishwasherrinse programme,assomewatersofteners areregeneratedwithsalt.

•Avoiddirectcontactwithheatorflame,suchasahotplateorgasburner,orimmersioninsyntheticvinegar,asthesemayalsocausestaining.Moststainscanbepolishedoffwithaproprietarypolish.

•Stackplatesandplattersfromabove:donotslidethembetweenotherpieceswhenstacking.Thebasesofplatesandplattersmayscratchdecoratedsurfaces.

•Toavoidchippingusetheappropriatewarewashingrack–seeourGoldPlasrange.

•Usestockinrotationtoandfromthedishwasher,toensureevenwearandreduceexcessiveabrasionofsomeitems.

Tominimisebreakagesandtoprolongthelongevityandappearanceofyourglassware,pleasefollowsomesimpleguidelines:

•Donotputcutleryintoglasses.

•Neverpickupglassesinclusters.

•Whenhandlingglassware,avoidcontact betweenglasses,toavoidscratching.

•Neverscoopicewithaglass.

•Checkglassesregularlyforchipsorcracks–iffound,immediatelydisposeofthatitemsafely.

•Mostglasswarecanbecleanedinadishwasher,however,alwaysuseanon-causticdetergentascausticdetergentsaffectheadretention,etchtheglassandgivetheglassashadowytinge.
