Business France –formerly known as UBIFRANCE– the French Trade Agency, accompanies French companies in their international business development. It is a key force for French exports with the support of France’s Ministry of Commerce. Business France promotes French products and savoir-faire, and puts France-based professionals in contact with their international counterparts. Business France in North America benefits from a multicultural team of close to 100 trade professionals based within 9 sites: Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Montreal, New York, San Francisco, Toronto and Vancouver.

The Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) – Living Heritage Company – was set up by the French government in 2006 to recognize French companies with excellent artisanal and industrial expertise. The label is granted for a five-year period and brings together exceptional French manufacturers. EPV companies are unique because they successfully combine tradition and innovation, expertise and creation, work and passion, the past and the future, international- and local-orientation. They have an eye for detail – they know how to tame a material, they perform every gesture with care and they are all guided by the same conviction: the cult of value. ARTIGA

The ARTIGA adventure began 15 years ago when Quitterie Delfour bought out a dressmaking firm located in Magescq in Southwest France. The new manager then made a daring choice: when everyone else was relocating abroad, she decided to keep the full production chain in Southwest France. ARTIGA's inspiration is Basque canvas. This is a product of entirely natural origin, made of pure cotton or a linen-cotton blend, and it is well known for its sturdiness, its weave and its inimitable texture. From classic formats to specific widths, ARTIGA multiplies the possibilities of expression for Basque canvas: tablecloths, deckchairs, espadrilles, accessories and many more. In February 2012 ARTIGA was awarded the "Origine France Garantie" label which conveys the commitment of the brand. ARTIGA is a universe made of stripes, colors, original ideas and a unique French know-how.
