SISTEMAS DE FLUIDO BARRERA TR1 PARA SELLOS MECANICOS DOBLES

El tanque reservorio TR1 se encuentra disponible para cubrir un gran rango de aplicaciones difciles de sellar a nivel industrial donde se requiera el uso de un sello doble con sistema de ambientacin de fluido barrera presurizado o no presurizado.El tanque es fabricado en acero inoxidable 316 con capacidad de 12 litros(3 galones) como estandar.

Los reservorios pueden estar equipados con instrumentacin y control de verificacin automtica de funcionamiento del sello mecnico y el apagado de la bomba en caso de presentarse alguna falla.

La instrumentacin puede incluir switche de alarma de nivel, manmetro de presin, indicador de temperatura y otros que sean requeridos.

El sistema tambin puede incluir una bomba de recirculacin segn la necesidad del cliente.

El tanque reservorio TR1 tambin se ofrece bajo requerimientos de la norma API 682 , los cuales pueden ser adaptados para los planes API 52/ANSI 7352( fluido de ambientacin no presurizado) o API 53 A / ANSI 7353 A (fluido de ambientacin presurizado).

The reservoirs for TR1 is available to cover many difficult applications to seal in general industry where the use of dual mechanical seal can be required with a presurized or non presurized enviromental system.

The reservoirs can be fitted with instrumentation and control for automatic checking of mechanical seal performance and pump shut down in case of mechanical seal failure.

The instrumentation may include a level switch, pressure indicator, temperature indicator and others devices which can be required by customer.

The system may be equipped with a recirculation pump according to customers order.

The reservoirs for TR1 is available according to API 682 requeriments.The reservoirs can be used with plans API 52 / ANSI7352 (non presurized barrier fluid) or API 53A /ANSI 7353A (presurized barrier fluid).

The reservoirs capacity is 12 lts (3 gal) or 20 lts (5 gal) depending on pump shaft diameter as required by theAPI 682.
