SKID LARGE TANKS FOR STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION OF ADBLUE

1.0 SKID 4 X 1m³. - LARGE PVC TANKS FOR TRANSPORTING ADBLUE: TYPE APPROVED

FOR ADR – MARKED UN Self bearing SKID in carbon steel profile with forklifts slots, for anchoring and handling when the group of 4 Large Tanks in PVC palletised type are empty, with individual rate of 1 m³, for a total of 4 m³, UN marking for ADR, with the following specifications:

1.1 SELF BEARING SKID FOR LARGE PVC TANKS OF 1 M³ EACH

Self-bearing frame in U shaped pressed carbon steel profile, with fork lift slots and nr 4 hooks for hoisting (empty handling). Base sizes of the structure: cm. 200 x 240 ca. Total painting with bi-component paints or hot galvanisation of the structure.

1.2 GROUP OF LARGE TANKS OF 1 M³ EACH.

Nr 4 large tanks in white polyethylene with cage of the type used for transporting and distribution of Ad- Blue, fixed at the frame’s base and anchored together through the supplied protective cage. Interconnection of the group by suction, through manifold in stainless steel AISI 304 (inox), with installation on each tank with spherical stop valves in steel AISI 304 and flexible terminal for connection to emptying pump. All connected to each other on the frame.

1.3 ELECTRIC PUMP FOR SUPPLYING ADBLUE: OPEN VALVES unit for pouring AdBlue positioned near the access door to the container, fastened on the special support, connected hydraulically to the tank, with the following specifications: ELECTRIC PUMP UNIT: self-priming with impeller and stainless steel body, flow rate 40 l/min., 3 m. head complete with hopper filter in suction (Piusi brand). ELECTRIC MOTOR: sealed IP 55, Single phase 230 V – 370 W, with incorporated thermal insulation. METER: lobed, tolerance ± 0.5 %, with pulser for transmitting data to head and interface to operating system (access with magnetic cards). HEAD: electronic with volume display for PRIVATE USE (non commercial). SUPPLY GUN: with automatic block specific for AdBlue product (without magnetic interblock for dedica-ted tank) fitted with 5 m -3/4” 18 x 27 flexible hose. All installed on a special Skid support.

2.0 SKID 7 X 1m³. - LARGE TANKS IN PVC FOR TRANSPORTING ADBLUE: TYPE APPROVED

• Totally enclosed fitted with angle blocks, suitable for hoisting, anchoring and storing the struc-ture.

• Forklift slots for an easy handling of the structures.

• Double doors on container head, fitted with ventilation shutters of the rain-proof type with ou-ter lockable poles.

• Totally enclosed profiled steel plate walls.

• Totally sealed closed roof, with inner insulation to guarantee a greater insulation to irradiation.
