sWitch technology has been racking up aWards and accolades since its inception.We launched our Switch Technology nearly two years ago and it has been racking up awards and accolades ever since. Switch Technology is marked by a unique eccentric pivot that provides excellent anti-squat characteristics for crisp pedaling while maintaining suspension independence throughout the bike’s travel. This allows us to build bikes that excel in the type of terrain mountain bikers live for -- steep technical trails, bomber downhills and endless singletrack.

sb95 alloy/ one of the most heralded bikes in our line, the sb95 is the ultimate big Wheeled trail bike.We took our time designing our first 29’r full suspension bike. The market was pushing for lighter and lighter four-inch travel bikes, but we felt we needed a little more travel to tame the trails that surround our factory. The result was a five-inch travel bike that has received rave reviews from trail riders and magazine editors all over the globe.

At the core of this bike is our patented Switch Technology, which makes the bike climb as well or better than four-inch travel lightweights. On technical terrain, you can just sit back and let the bike do the work. On descents, the SB95 is a flyer and allows you to plow through terrain that you previously had to finesse through. sb66 alloy/ the sb66 is setting the bar for all-mountain performance. throW a leg over one and experience it for yourself.The trails that surround our offices in Golden, CO are rough, technical and require a bike that can handle the rigors of high-speed technical descents and long, lung-busting climbs. It’s a lot to ask of a single bike, but the SB66 delivers.

At the heart of the SB66 is the Switch Technology which combines a super efficient pedaling platform with controlled, smooth travel. This makes the SB66 extremely versatile and fits the bill for those looking for a do-it-all bike. All-day rides in the backcountry? Check. Enduro race? No problem. A day in the bike park? It can handle that too.

The progressive geometry and Switch Technology gives the bike a more aggressive feel that begs to be pushed hard. The more rider input, the better it rides. Frame features include: an inset tapered head tube, oversized pivot pins, and a compact assembly that houses the integral parts of the suspension design. These are all key components for making the frame stiff and responsive.

575/ as the longest standing full suspension bike in our line, the 575 has been refined With countless improvements over the years.

The 575 has been one of our most popular bikes for years. It’s extremely versatile – built up with lightweight wheels and a triple crank set, it feels like a cross-country bike with loads of travel. Throw on burlier wheels, a single chainring, and a longer travel fork and the bike is transformed into an all-mountain machine.

As the longest standing full suspension bike in our line, the 575 has been refined with countless improvements over the years. Last year saw a complete redesign that included a hydro-formed main pivot junction to increase the stiffness and clearance, a direct-mount front derailleur, ISCG ‘03 tabs, and cable stops for dropper seat posts. This year, we added a new custom butted rear triangle to increase the strength and stiffness of the rear end while maintaining the same weight. We’ve also added an inset tapered head tube to increase front-end stiffness, as well as a re-designed down tube with greater fork clearance.

The best way to describe the AS-R 5 Carbon is this: 4.75 pound Yeti frame with five inches of travel. At this weight, it is lighter than many of the lightest cross-country bikes on the market and it has the added versatility of being an amazing all-mountain rig.

So how did we pull off this incredible feat? We coupled our extensive carbon fiber experience with our award-winning, super-efficient, optimized Active Suspension (A.S.) design. And then we rode the snot out of the bike. Shook it on the test machine. Rode it more. And then repeated the process until it was perfect.

In the end, the bike exceeded our expectations for efficiency, light weight and incredible stiffness. We think it will exceed yours as well.

Big-wheeled bikes have changed hard tails forever. While the wheel size debate rages on with full suspension bikes, there is near unanimous agreement that 29-inch wheels are the best choice for hardtails.

When we first produced the Big Top a few years ago, our early testing was on a full alloy version. As we dialed in the geometry and shortened up the chain stays, we realized the bike would be improved by the addition of a carbon fiber rear end. So we tested a variety of layups and configurations until we arrived at its current incarnation.

The Big Top is built for cross-country racing but is equally at home on trail rides. The somewhat relaxed head angle and low bottom bracket allows the bike to be very well mannered on fast descents and the light weight gives the rider an added punch at the top of the hill.

It’s no secret that we’re rabid racing fans. We’ve been discovering and developing talent on the circuit for years, and have worked diligently with our team to produce bikes that give them an edge in competition. The 303 WC is the pinnacle of that collaboration.

Extensively tested by our factory race team on some of the burliest tracks in the world, the 303 WC is light, stiff, and can plow through the rough stuff. The lighter weight translates to a lively feel in the air and the added stiffness inspires confidence when you push the bike into corners. Our patented linear rail technology, meticulously refined over years of testing, takes care of the bumps, big or small. The fastest racers on the planet approved, now try it yourself.

The DJ is the weapon of choice for World Cup 4X racer, Jared Graves. Based on his extensive feedback, the frame is designed to maximize rear end stiffness and provide a platform that is at home on a World Cup course or at the local dirt jumps. The DJ features oversized tubing with a tapered head tube to provide stiffness and strength. The dropouts are fully adjustable with over 25mm of adjustment so you can dial in the chain stay length you prefer or easily run a single-speed set-up.
