On December the 12th 2010, the new UMTS and Wi-Fi Frecciarossa service
was launched.
�Thanks to the complete coverage on the high speed line Turin-Naples, the
UMTS signal guarantees a better mobile phone reception *
�The Wi-Fi on board allows you to surf the Internet using your computer or
any other device with a Wi-Fi antenna
On board the train, we can be connected to the Wi-Fi network and buy the
access codes. After having the password, we can surf internet for 24 hours
(beginning from the first access) on board all the Frecciarossa running on the
high speed tracks.
To buy the access codes, customer must use a credit card (Visa or
Mastercard)
The service is provided by Telecom Italia.
*The quality of the service depends on the level of network coverage along the high
speed line

� The ticket is personal and under the name of the group leader. Each group passenger must be provided with identity document and individual pass check issued with the ticket. The group organizer is responsible jointly with group passengers for the amounts due to Trenitalia in the event of irregularities and misuse.
Purchase Option* (for medium- and long-distance trai ns only) � It is possible to pre-book seats through the “purchase option” against
payment of 5,00 euro for each group passenger, 4 months before departure and until midnight of the fifth day prior to departure.

• After train departs (up to one hour afterwards): it is possible to ask for free change only once and exclusively at the ticket office and group center of the departure station of the train booked.
