At the beginning, the ZR core business was the cons-

truction and designing of PWC dedicated to races.

Thanks to its performances, highly above its competi-

tors, Zapata Racing becomes the leader of the market

in this sector. After acquiring a worldwide reputation,

ZR started to develop the Flyboard in order to offer a

new discipline that would be the perfect fusion bet-

ween wakeboard, surf, kitesurf and jet-ski freestyle. ZR

kept his promise by commercializing a year later the

first Flyboard.

In 2014 ZR went even further , creating a new product:

Hoverboard . The horizontal propulsion provides total-

ly different sensations that will please all fans of ex-

The Flyboard (or the Hoverboard) is an accessory that attaches to a PWC (Personal Watercraft) which gives the Flyboard propulsion through air and water. 90% ofthe propulsion is routed through the primary nozzle that attaches to the feet of the rider. The PWC provides all of the propulsion for the Flyboard. The thrust from the PWC is routed through an 18 meters hose up to the Flyboard where a rider can divert and control that thrust to create any type of movement. Then, the PWC just follows behind the rider in trail giving you the freedon to go anywhere, even underwater. The Flyboard has its own buoyancy ad therefore floats on the water allowing the rider more safety and easier time in the water prior to start. The height that can be reached depends from the Jet-Ski power. With a 150HP, the Flyboarder can already highs up to 5 or 6 meters and with a 250HP, the user will use the maximum pipe lenght that is 12 meters. Despite its intuitive use, the Flyboard is none the less an extreme sports gear to practice with vigilance.

« U » Pipe Nozzle Cap Set The U Pipe Nozzle is placed in the output of the U Pipe to cap this hole during Flyboard use. When the Hoverboard is in use, then the nozzle is removed to al-low about ten percent of the out-put to push the actual jet ski, gi-ving it the ability to have some power while cruising behind the Hoverboard.

Venturi Kit Purchase this Flyboard repair kit to completely repair your venturi. This kit comes complete with all of the hardware necessary for a Ventu-ri Repair, including groove, splined tube nipple, pipe, splined tube, co-ver, filter, and cover screws.
