From the 28th of February, up to and including the

3rd of March, we will of course be present at the

R+T in Stuttgart. Here we will proudly present our

new systems and collections and hope to welcome

and amaze our customers at our stand once again.

En 2012 se cumplirán veinte años desde que se

estableció Coulisse. Estos veinte años han sido

turbulentos, sin embargo sentimos que estamos

ahora en condiciones de decir que Coulisse ha crecido

hasta convertirse en una empresa que es considerada

internacionalmente como creadora de tendencias

en el campo de la decoración de ventanas, sobre todo

en términos de conceptos, innovaciones técnicas y

colecciones.

Este año esperamos ver los resultados de las

inversiones que hemos realizado en los últimos

años. Vamos a celebrar nuestro aniversario lleno

de confianza mediante la introducción de varios

nuevos conceptos en todo el mundo. Uno de ellos es

la introducción conjunta de una nueva colección de

plisadas Honeycomb con Lienesch, con los que hemos

unido fuerzas en una alianza para el abastecimiento

y know-how sobre este grupo de productos. Además

en el primer trimestre del 2.012 se abrirá una sala de

exposiciones en Miami, desde donde vamos a

atender a los mercados de Norteamérica y América

Latina.

Desde el 28 de Febrero hasta el 3 de Marzo inclusivos,

por supuesto estaremos presentes en la feria

R+T de Stuttgart. Estaremos orgullosos de presentar

nuestros nuevos sistemas y colecciones y esperamos

dales la bienvenida y sorprender una vez más a

nuestros clientes con nuestro stand.

In 2012 it will have been twenty years since Coulisse

was established. These twenty years have been

turbulent, however we feel we are now able to conclude

that Coulisse has grown to become a company that is

globally considered to be trendsetting in the field of

window decoration, especially in terms of concepts,

technical innovations and collections.

This year we hope to see the results of the invest-

ments we have made in the past few years. We will

be entering into our jubilee year full of confidence

by introducing several new concepts around the

world. One of these is the joint introduction of a new

Honeycomb pleat collection with Lienesch, with whom

we have joined forces by entering into a partnership

for sourcing and knowhow concerning this product

group. In addition to this we will be opening a

showroom in Miami in the first quarter of 2012, from

which we will be able to provide for the markets in

North and Latin America.

On 24 September 2011 a team of 16

colleagues and international customers

participated in the cycling tour La

Marmotte in France. By cycling the team

sponsored De Nije Stichting, a foundation

that helps (ex-) cancer patients. The team

collected over € 3.000 which was handed

over to the foundation on 9 October.

El 24 de septiembre del 2.011, un equipo

de 16 clientes y empleados de Coulisse

participaron en la Vuelta Ciclista La

Marmotte en Francia. Esta carrera se

a patrocinado para De Nije Stichting, una

fundación que ayuda a (ex-) pacientes de

cáncer. El equipo consiguió más de 3.000

€, que fueron entregados a la fundación el

9 de octubre.

centre is based in Enter, the Netherlands. From our offices in the

Each year inspirational coach Jan Bommerez conducts a

session with the entire Coulisse team in which he focuses on

what it takes to be an innovative company. All team members

do a personality test based on the ancient Chinese wisdom of

the 4 elements: water, fire, air and earth. By focusing on the

strengths of all team members and by putting individuals with

complementary strengths together, strong teams can be formed.

The Coulisse culture turns out to be characterized by a lot of ‘earth

and fire’: down to earth and fast forward. A collective effort is being

done to further develop the water and air elements to reach a

higher level of balance.

Cada año, el inspirado entrenador Jan Bommerez lleva a cabo una

sesión con el equipo de Coulisse al completo, en la que se centra

en qué se necesita para ser una empresa innovadora. Todos los

miembros del equipo hacen un test de personalidad sobre la base

de la antigua sabiduría china de los 4 elementos: agua, fuego, aire

showroom in Miami Design District will be opened

Idema translates the latest trends and fashions into

contemporary window decoration collections. ‘With

our collections we strive to be different and right in

time. Apart from contemporary colours, we always

present some real eye catchers.’

Our latest collections are defined by

three themes: micro patterns, nature

and architectural graphics. For the

Micro Fashion collection we were

inspired by micro designs from the

fashion industry. In this extensive

range interior design meets fashion.

Furthermore we are touched by

nature which is expressed in the

innovative hand-painted designs

of the Nature Print collection. They

bring nature into our homes, making

us feel good. The 3-D-type designs

of the new Ultimate jacquards were

inspired on the line structures

of architectural buildings. In this

collection interior and exterior blend

into one.

For our 2012 advertising campaign

we ‘dressed’ the model by projecting

the designs of our new Micro Fashion

and Nature Print collection all over

the set. By projecting the designs they

some-what fade and deform, turning

into a surreal, mystical world for the

model to pose in. The photography is

accompanied by the theme ‘Embrace

Light’. With this theme we would like to

encourage people to let light in and to

experience the power of light in their

daily lives.

The extra width of 240 cm of new nature

collection Saigon makes it perfect for

the application in larger blinds. The

fabric is available in five unique colour

tones. For woven paper fabrics PAP,

currently available in 89, 127 and 250

mm vertical vanes and in a width of

180 cm for roller and panel blinds, we

introduce an additional width of 240

cm and one new colour. Especially for

nature fabrics we developed a unique

flexible and transparent side tape that

prevents the edges of the fabrics from

fraying.

Coulisse developed a simple and effective application that

can be used to make any chain operated blind, even after

installation of the blind, child safe. The plastic mechanism

consists of two parts and is attached to the operating chain

connecting a second chain to it. When the chain is charged with

a weight of 6 kilograms the two parts break loose immediately,

ensuring the lower chain to fall down to the floor. The device

can be reused by simply clicking the parts back together and

reattaching it to the chain.

Coulisse ha desarrollado una aplicación sencilla y eficaz que

se puede utilizar para convertir cualquier cortina operada con

Our system for 50 mm Venetian blinds was renewed with

especially developed new features. The new, modern

aluminium head rail can easily be provided with a valance

by means of an invisible clip. With a click bracket the blind

can easily be installed, even in narrow spaces. Furthermore

we extended the colour range for the head rail with eight

new colours.

For easy alignment of the blind we developed the

adjustable bearing pin. With a simple turn of the

hex key you can correct the position of the tube in a

horizontal as well as a vertical direction.

blind fabrics Skiathos XL (stripes of

25cm) and Kos XXL (40 cm) create a

grand effect and a comfortable view. The

extra width of the stripes combined with

a fabric width of 240 cm makes these

fabrics perfect for the larger windows.
