Caslano with its well-connected infrastruture with the FLP line provides high value in densifying the town with intensifi cation of public activities. The approach to den-sify is not to pack the place with the maximum amount of people but instead to fi ll up the void space with qual-ity living infrastructure.Thus public socialising spaces are suggested on specifi c locations to anchor the spirit

and create a stronger presence to the void place.
