ChallengeDiversity is king !

The ‘Valk Exclusief Group’ consists of 34 Van der Valk Hotels, 2 castle-hotels and a bird park. Redhotminute developed an online platform that offered each venue the possibility to show its uniqueness. Key: easy to maintain.!The target groups of Van der Valk are very diverse, so how did Redhotminute handle the diversity of target groups ánd the hotels?

Solution One CMS, several designs !

Each Valk Exlusief Hotel is unique. It varies from sheer leisure- to mainly business-hotels. Highlevel modern or classic. This diversity asked for a flexibel framework, being able of supporting a set of multiple design templates.

When designing the Valk Exclusive platform, we took four types of users into account: - quick decision makers - slow decision makers, - decision makers based on facts - decision makers based on feelings We service each user with specific content and specific features. This way all visitors digitally experience the famous ‘Van der Valk’ hospitality ambiance.
