Hybrid Approach

In order to effectively manage your employees from home there needs to be a balance between monitoring and motivation.

With unobtrusive monitoring and consistent guidance an employee can flourish. The goal is having an employee who knows how to manage their time and responsibilities to complete the task at hand.

A monitoring system will keep employees on their toes, but with open communication and expectations employees will be able to complete tasks at a higher standard than in that of an office environment.
