To Evaluate All Systems & Controls For Cash / Stock / Purchasing / Expenditure, Etc To Review Group Infrastructure And Advise Of Any Concerns. SWOT Analysis On All Individual Trading Outlets From Various Perspectives Eg Performance, Stock Results, Admin Standards, Operationally, Management Ability, Etc To Liaise With KPMG Team And Cluster Managers Where Required. To Support And Verify All Operational Decisions, And Ensure The Best Decision Was Always Made. To Implement A Suitable Reporting Structure For The Operations Team. To Monitor And Direct The Operations Team. To Ensure KPMG's Best Interests Were Delivered. To Evaluate All Trading & Profitability Figures And Advise From An Operational Perspective. To Be A Point Of Contact Should Any Members Of The Management Team Have Any Concerns About The Receivership Other Areas Of Support : Reviewing All Supplier Contracts / Terms / Discounts Developing Outlets With Minimal Spend To Achieve Higher Market Value, Where A Sale Does Not Look Imminent Disposal Strategy
