To Support And Verify All Operational Decisions, And Ensure The Best Decision Was Always Made. To Implement A Suitable Reporting Structure For The Operations Team. To Monitor And Direct The Operations Team. To Ensure KPMG's Best Interests Were Delivered. To Evaluate All Trading & Profitability Figures And Advise From An Operational Perspective. To Be A Point Of Contact Should Any Members Of The Management Team Have Any Concerns About The Receivership Other Areas Of Support : Reviewing All Supplier Contracts / Terms / Discounts Developing Outlets With Minimal Spend To Achieve Higher Market Value, Where A Sale Does Not Look Imminent Disposal Strategy
