The Strategy Streamlining Data Reporting In order to provide a record of services performed for their customers, Fulmax employees tracked information such as the location of pests, what work was done and when the work was performed. This critical information was previously collected on carbon copy forms that were a hassle and “more difficult to read and easy to lose” commented Gabriel Martinez, the owner of Fulmax. These forms were not only slow to complete, but were slowing down the time it took to properly invoice their clients. So Fulmax worked with Canvas Senior Mobile Application Consultants to fo- cus on areas of critical improvement, a timeline for build out, and the overall implementation plan. They used Canvas’ drag and drop app builder to create a mobile Work Order, Delivery Confirmation, and Service Ticket to begin converting their processes away from paper. Today, their office staff use the Canvas dispatch manager to send job information to remote workers, saving unnecessary trips to and from the office.
