Work Performed Utilising our Redline technology, Nuow lined the 32mm copper and polyethylene re system pipe . We also carried out pressure tests on the system. Benets Nuow were contacted as Emmanuel College were experiencing a leaking re hose system, the supply pipe was located under a set of stairs. This line services four hose reels in a two level classroom block. The major cause of this issue was corrosion within the 32mm copper line. Utilising our Redline technology, a non-invasive rehabilitation technology, the pipes were rehabilitated and restored back to their original state without any damage to surfaces, walls or displacement. As a result, there were also no expensive restoration costs. As a result of corrosion, Emmanuel College were experiencing a leaking re hose system, the supply pipe was located under a set of stairs. Alternatives The only other alternative was to excavate and replace the pipe system. This would have involved demolishing the steps and footpath resulting in signicant disruption to students.
