• Client initially contacted Nebula to review their mobile environment costand service provider agreement

• The client also highlighted theirown lack of visibility and control of the mobile environment

• Nebula proposed an audit of their environment based on Nebula provenautomated auditing methodology

The Results

The Solution

• OneView Mobile was deployed to provide a digital view of the entire mobile landscape - APN/3G standalone/Mobile Voice

• Inacccurate and unauthorised costs were corrected or removed

• APN environment was optimisated and correctly profiled

• Standalone 3G cards cost and utilisation was optimised

• Visbility was provided across entire mobile evironment including data usage via handsets

• Client mobile administrators were enabled with a real-time lifecycle management capability

• Mobile data usage and out of bundle costs were managed by implementing usage notifications

• Client annual mobile voice & data bill decreased by 26% year-on-year by identifying overbilling, user abuse andincorrect use with the deployment of OneView Mobile.

• Improved and increased visibility on the deployment and usage of the over 4,000 SIM based devices deployednationally. Excluding admin and operational resources, more than 100 management resources have visibility

• Tracking and monitoring of data usage in near time due to the direct integration into South African mobile serviceproviders
