Bridging the PSTN gap in O365 Sacred Heart Mission, an Australian non-profit community organisation, wanted a cloud-based communications solution to simplify Information and Computer Technology (ICT) across 300+ staff and 20+ sites. To help guide their journey to the cloud, Sacred Heart turned to the innovation of MNF Enterprise. MNF made this vision possible with Cloud Connect, a pure cloud solution to enable internal and external voice calling via Office 365. MNF is the first Australian carrier to deliver Office 365 calling without the need for on-premise infrastructure. By enabling external (PSTN) calling, Sacred Heart are able to extract even more value from their existing Microsoft licenses. In addition, all phone numbers were transferred (‘ported’) to the MNF cloud platform, allowing users to make and receive calls via any device connected to O365. Numbers work as normal, but can now ring mobiles, tablets and softphone-enabled computers.
