During the event of Host 23/27 October in Milan, the 2 Barista of Trucillo Caffe’ (www.caffetrucillo.it) using a Fiamma Machine with 2 “Gruppi” (see photo below left) prepared 2,857 espresso caffe’ using 20 kg of coffee (automatic coffee grouting counter).
Confirming the equation that for a good Italian espresso 7g of Coffee powder are required 20,000g /2,857 coffee made = 7.00035g each coffee.
