15 Simultaneous Store Deliveries for Lifestyle Retailer
D:FY on Design + Build basis
DFY Store @ Phoenix Market City, Mumbai
Ensemble had for the first time undertaken a 360* deployment of this nature, requiring coordination among teams. With over 4 personnel team dedicatedly driving the project at a budget less than 2500.00 per square feet, ensemble billed over 4 crores to the client in three months.
Project Brief: A home grown retail brand in the space of lifestyle and footwear approached ensemble to deliver 15 stores in 60 days across 7 cities.
The key processes included:
• Adaptive Design and Prototyping of fixtures• Store Design & Good for Construction Drawings• Construction & Project Management• Fixture Manufacturing & Installation• VM solutions and store branding
The project was directly led by S. Venugopal, Ar. Nilesh Joshi in charge of the design, approvals & quality management. Sandesh Parab, Account Manager, was responsible for adaptation, prototyping and also production once this phase was behind us. Aditya Mehta from projects was in charge of construction and was assisted by a team of dedicated supervisors who monitored the construction program for on time delivery.

Design Adaptation at tight costs was the major hurdle and yet the choice of materials made the difference keeping the design principles in place and the commercial ones too.
Launch Event
Cricket legend Anil Kumble launched the sportswear brand alongside actor-singer-producer Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Kumble recently kicked off the #MyDefyMoment, which encourages people to share moments from their life where they dared to do something different.
Ensemble adapted the original concept design suitably with no compromise meeting all cost and design parameters
