 Histor% of Presentin Illness

Pt. was apparently well 3 onths back .4nitially she had pain in right

posterior region of lower jaw. 5hen she consulted dentist and got tooth

extracted fro sae site6 was asyptoatic for next two onths6 after

which she de"eloped occasional pus discharge and pain . Pain wasild6 non radiating6 interittent. She ga"e occasional history of

bleeding. #o anesthesia or paresthesia in right cheek region. She also

ga"e gradual enlargeent of the portion of jaw at the sae . 7ith all

these coplaints and clinical course she was aditted to OM+S Dept.BSMM!.
