RetrospectiveWHAT WENT WELL
• Program Increment Planning (work for coming 6 sprints) went well. Based on learnings from the prior PI, the team worked in advance of the PI-5 Planning to identify the features and priorities that are to be delivered, as well as any risks and dependencies. This resulted in a well thought out and comprehensive plan for PI-5.
IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITY
• The team continues to work on consolidating meetings and selective participation in meetings / events to maximize available working time. The team is also looking to do more team building activities to fortify self-organizing team culture.
