POWERHOUSE VOCALIST, COUNTRY SWEETHEART

CARRIE CUNNINGHAM Overheard in the Newsroom: Carrie’s gonna be the next Shania Twain, but man did you hear her belt out Carmina Burana?” Carrie not only masters country, but people have watched her sing blues, jazz, and classical music and were equally blown away Not only is Carrie vocally talented, but she studied only the best performers growing up or her stage performance. As if mastering the craft of singing and performing isn’t enough, Carrie also runs the Portland/SW Wash Chapter of Nashville Songwriters Association International, where she teaches the craft of songwriting and the music business. In 2005, Carrie was signed to Divulge Records Recording Company where she released her first self penned album Honeysweet. Four of her songs charted the ECMA’s with “You lose this time” going number one in Belgium and #19 as the most played song for the ECMA’s in July 2008. Carrie just finished her self released EP “The Way You Look At Me” where she wrote some of the songs with Nashville’s best writers. Carrie’s biggest achievement came when she received a first place plaque for the Eagle’s National talent competition. When Carrie is not entertaining crowds of thousands, she volunteers in numerous elementary classes, is a lunch buddy and is also a CASA member helping abused and neglected children. Carrie has entertained along side Collective Soul, Jake Owen, Keith Anderson, Heidi Newfield, Christian Kane, The Bellamy Brothers, Mark Wills, Rich McCready, Sugarland, Diamond Rio, Restless Heart, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, and Reba. Her community contributions have been established with Human Solutions, Susan G Komen, Abused Women Association, Vanished Children’s Alliance, and Red Cross to name a few. She has also produced a Nashville Flood Relief Benefit Concert.

KEVIN NEIL

Kevin Neil started playing guitar as a child and has never had the sense to stop. He has played gigs in Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and as far away as Toronto. Working in venues ranging from multi-million-dollar resort hotels to blue-collar bars to cruise ships and everything in between, Kevin has maintained a level of income sufficient enough to keep him from living in a van down by the river. His legendary performances have made him a perennial favorite at the local School For The Deaf. He has performed many styles of music with a wide variety of groups and also performs as a solo act. One comment that is often heard at his shows is,

"Kevin has a great face for radio." Highlights for him include performing with the Tacoma Symphony Orchestra and Stevie

Wonder. Kevin is also a songwriter and over the years his songs have yet

to become popular. Still waiting for his big break, Kevin says, "the biggest accomplishment of my career was getting hired by Carrie Cunningham and the Six

Shooters."

Hello, my name is Derek Boone. You remember me; the kid with the red stinging hands freshly swatted by the teachers wooden ruler. He said that I tapped on the desk too much. You know, the one sent from the classroom to the hallway for fidgeting too much. That's right... you are beginning to remember now. I wasn't the athlete either. All me and my pals wanted to do was hole up in somebody's basement and listen to Judas Priest. We'd learn every note, you know. I still fidget and I still tap, but I've also

travelled the globe, seen places and things that are the sweet reward of those years spent in the hallway blowing cold air onto the backs of my hands. I've shared the stage with the best and the worst of the lot. We all have a story to tell. The loner; the geek; the outcast. We're a proud bunch. I play drums for Carrie because I like her story. It's not the same as mine. It's not like anybody else I know. But it motivates her to put it all out there no matter what the cost. Her story is in her songs, like my story is in my drumming, and neither was ever meant to keep to ourselves.

Blaine Moody has been a fixture in NW music since the 70’s. Most notably with the band Seafood Mamma, later known as Quarterflash. That’s right, The NW favorite “Harden my Heart” group. He’s entertained fans of The Byrds, Jan& Dean, The

Thunderbirds, George Thorogood . In the late 90’s and throughout the new millennium Blaine has been taking his own personal message of oneness and faith to churches around the Northwest. When he’s not onstage with Carrie or hiking anywhere his feet take him, you can find him at Centers for Spiritual Living, Unity, and New Thought Churches on Sunday. His CD “ Holy Now” is filled with music of personal empowerment through faith in a power greater than ourselves.

Gary carries over 38 years of live performance experience. He’s toured as Johnny Lee’s lead guitar man and fiddler and has opened for such acts as Brooks and Dunn, The Charlie Daniels Band, Keith Urban, Leann Rimes, Booker T and

the MGs, The Little River Band and Taj Mahal, just to name a few. Gary’s incredible virtuosity and versatility never fails to wow audiences. From his epic version of Dire Straits’ Sultans of swing, to his foot-stomping fiddling on Orange Blossom Special and Devil Went Down to Georgia, Gary’s awe-inspiring performances will leave you wanting for more.

The Buyer agrees to contract the Artist on _______for the performance services at the following location(s): Venue name: _____________________. The Artist agrees to provide at their own expense the following items:

o Stage Makeup/Hair Needs. o Any costume or uniform involved in the performance. o Any theatrical set, backdrop, or properties required for the performance. o Musical instruments including individual amplification and accessories.

(commonly known as “back line”) The Artist agrees (schedule permitting) to appear for Buyer at arranged publicity (Radio, Television, or Print) to promote the performance(s) included in this agreement. The Buyer reserves the right to use likeness (photograph, video, or voice) of anyone listed in this agreement for tasteful publicity promotion purposes only, without any obligation or further compensation. The Artists agrees to hold harmless the Buyer for any regular “wear and tear”, damage or loss due to acts of nature, mechanical or structural failure, to props, set, costumes, and/or equipment. The Artist agrees that the Buyer is released from financial responsibility for a given performance within the time of this agreement, should the Artist be unable to provide the services contracted for. The Buyer agrees to compensate the Artist in the following manners:

The Buyer and/or Location Manager reserve the right to regulate sound pressure output (volume) as necessary, in accordance with room capacity and/or maintained. Unless notice stating otherwise is given in advance to Artist, the Buyer and/or Location Manager will permit the Artists sale of appropriate merchandise as it pertains to their entertainment.
