TO: EMPLOYERS SIGNATORY TO THE SINGLE FAMILY HOME RESIDENTIAL ADDENDUM
Enclosed please find copies of the wage and fringe benefits schedules (Appendix A) to the Single Family Home Residential Addendum for the period July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014, as outlined in the Addendum.
Please note that pursuant to Section 7 (Carpenters/Drywall/Lather Classifications) of the Single Family Home Residential Addendum, "The bargaining parties shall reply upon the recommendation of the Health & Welfare Board of Trustees as to the contribution amount necessary to maintain "Plan R", as utilized in the Residential Specialist #1 classification, and shall enact same." Therefore, as noted on Appendix A, the Health and Welfare contribution for Res. Spec. #1 is now $3.75 an hour.
The fringe benefit increases will be reflected on the July, 2013, report which will be mailed to you in August, 2012.

Enclosed please find copies of the wage schedules (Appendix A) to the Single Family HomeResidential Addendum for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
The 2007-2012 Single Family Home Addendum to the Carpenters Master Agreement forNorthern California calls for the following journey-level increases, effective July 1, 2009:
Wage Rates - Effective July 1, 2009
ALL AREAS: Increase one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour
Fringe Benefits - Effective July 1, 2009
Health and Welfare: Increase fifty cents ($.50) per hour for a total of ninedollars and five cents ($9.05) per hour
Vacation: Increase five cents ($.05) per hour for a total of twodollar and ten cents ($2.10) per hour
Pension: No increase. Remains at four dollars and fifty-fivecents ($4.55) per hour
Annuity: Increase five cents ($.05) per hour for a total of twodollars and five cents ($2.05) per hour
Work Fee: Increase eight cents ($.08) per hour for a total ofone dollar and forty-four cents ($1.44) per hour
Apprentice/Journeyman Training: No increase. Remains at forty-three cents ($.43) per hour
R.C.A.T.: Increase five cents ($.05) per hour for a total offifteen cents ($.15) per hour
Wage increases have been applied to Residential Carpenters, Residential Drywall/Lathers, andResidential Specialists in accordance with Section 7. Fringe benefit increases will be reflectedon the July report which will be mailed to you in August.

Enclosed please find copies of the wage schedules (Appendix A) to the Single Family HomeResidential Addendum foe the period JUly 1,2008 through June 30,2009.
The 2007-2012 Single Family Home Addendum to the Carpenters Master Agreement forNorthern California calls for the following journey-level increases, effective July 1, 2008:
Wage Rates - Effective July 1,2008
ALL AREAS: Increase one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour
Fringe Benefits - Effective July 1! 2008
Health and Welfare: Increase fifty cents ($.50) per hour for a total ofnine dollars and five cents ($9.05) per hour
Vacation: Increase five cents ($.05) per hour for a total of onedollar and eighty cents ($1.80) per hour
Pension: No Increase. Remains at four dollars and fifty-fivecents ($4.55) per hour
Annuity: No Increase. Remains at one dollar and seventyfive cents ($1.75) per hour
Work Fee: Increase seven cents ($.07) per hour for a total ofone dollar and thirty-six cents ($1.36) per hour
Apprentice/Journeyman Training: No increase remains at forty-three cents ($.43) per hour
R.C.A.T.: Increase five cents ($.05) per hour for a total often cents ($.10) per hour
Wage increases have been applied to Residential Carpenters, Residential Drywall/Lathers, andResidential Specialists in accordance with Section 7.
Fringe benefit increases will be reflected on the July report which will be mailed to you in August.

As you know, the Single Family Home Residential Addendum to the 2007-20'12Carpenters 46 Northern California Counties Master Labor Agreement calls for amodification of Plan B for Residential Carpenter #1 and #2 and the Drywall/Lather #1and #2 classifications, as well as a reduction to RCAT, the Carpenters WorkPreservation Committee, and the deletion of contributions to the USC Health and SafetyFund.
These rates will be reflected on the January report, which you will receive in February.Please note the attached wage schedules reflect the applicable changes noted above.
