Kathie McDaniel, MIRM, MCSP, Broker has been in the new home
industry and general real estate industry for over 25 years. Her career
began as a licensed agent outselling seasoned pros based solely on
determination and creativity. Kathie made her mark winning several sales
awards in Ohio and continued with the same success in the Florida
market.
Kathie is the VP of Sales and Marketing with Highland Homes in Lakeland,
Florida. Since working with Highland Homes, she has seen proven,
dramatic results in the success of the sales team; largely due to the
emphasis on their training programs. Throughout her career, Kathie has
earned several designations in the general real estate arena as well as the new home building
