Business Model: EB-5, E-2, and Other Programs

• Foreign citizens may invest a minimum of *$500K USD in a US business in exchange for a chance to apply for permanent residency.

• The investment must be “at risk” -capital must be subject to partial or total loss if the investment fails.

• The business must create or save a minimum of 10 permanent jobs within a period of 2 years
