l The strong but light chassis with 'smooth ride' suspension guarantees stable, comfortable towing performance.

¢ Side Extension Panels Single (0.3m) panel, or Double height configurations available.

l Twin and single axle with heavy duty sealed wheel bearings for reduced maintenance. All axles feature a powerful overrun braking system.

¢ Single height 0.3m high side extension panels. Light and easy to manage, each panel has its own lifting handles. Each corner post is removed without tools and is retained by a spring loaded lock.

l Full LED lighting An LED light system is both bright and reliable. Lights are well protected by the strong surrounding chassis. Lights and wiring loom are completely submersible. No matter where you go, the lights will keep working.

l Heavy duty running gear and sealed bearings ensure minimum maintenance.

¢ High grip tail ramp aluminium and steel construction makes for easy operatipon.

¢ Double extension panels, bring the total side height to 0.9 m. Each panel is removed in seconds and can be easily lifted, weighing a maximum of just 11 kg. The pair of handles on each panel is another useful feature.

¢ Single height extension panels, extend the total height to 0.6 m

10 YEAR SUSPENSION WARRANTY

Brain James Trailers have absolute confidence in the quality and durability of all its products, which is why a 10 Year Suspension Warranty* is provided with each CarGO BOX BLUE trailer. The 10 Year Suspension Warranty* specifically relates to the rubber suspension medium and mechanical suspension link arm to the hub. The 10 Year Suspension Warranty* excludes any trailer axle wheel bearings and any braking components, which are servicable items, subject to wear and the requirement for replacement at appropriate service intervals.

When used in normal circumstances you can expect the suspension system to last and not let you down. The 10 Year Suspension Warranty* is conditional on the trailer and its suspension only ever being used within the published trailer design limits, meaning it must not be overloaded or have suffered any form of accident damage, whether knowingly or unknowlingly. Brian James Trailers Ltd reserve the right to retain a final decision in matters of disputed responsibility.
