Supported analysis of evaluation data for the Team-Up program and TeamSTEPPS programs collected from a northwestern military hospital facility (MTF). Supported strategic development plans for TeamSTEPPS 2.0. Provided analysis of team training evaluation data and supported interpretation and feedback generation for frontline and leadership outlets.

2010-2011 Memorial Healthcare System


Developed an evaluation protocol to assess the impact of team training within the endoscopy and pain management service lines. Developed a structural knowledge measure and analyzed multi-level evaluation data including trainee reactions, attitude surveys, and behavioral observation data. Provided recommendations for future quality improvement efforts and training development.

2009-2011 Florida Hospital Collaborated with the health system patient safety department to collect and analyze the annual AHRQ Hospital Survey on Patient Safety (HSOPS) culture collected from over 14,000 employees and clinicians. Prepared feedback reports for hospital administration and prepared data sets for submission to the AHRQ comparative database.

2005-2006 Sabal Palm Elementary SchoolServed as a Behavior Technician in support of the school’s behavior analyst. Duties included functional behavior assessment of children with varied exceptionalities, design of client behavior program, and providing teacher support in implementation of classroom behavior programs.
