What is Career Path Management?
This program allows managers to assign individually-selected courses based on employee needs, with due dates for each assignment. The Manager Dashboard provides a means to monitor completion dates and review progress and the My Team page allows the management of employee profiles, employee transcripts and course assignment. Automatic emails are generated to the Manager and Employee for Assigned, Completed or Uncompleted Training.
