Your tasks:Coordination - You will be responsible for all replenishment tasks for our external warehouse in Poland in coordination with our entire Sales Office team in Poland, our Service Provider in Poland and the Sales Logistics team in Germany. You are responsible for the coordination of all shipments and the customer requirements in relation to products and deliveries. You will take care for all product master data in SAP, the fulfilment of the KPI’s and all belongings in relation to our subcontractors in Poland. Processing - You are interested to establish and optimize the logistic processes in Poland within in ourEuropean Logistic Network and to take care about the service and stock level, cost structure and production orders. Analysing – You analyse the forecast and stock level requirements, prepare statistics, logistic budget and take care about the inventory process in our external warehouse in Poland.
Your profile – multifaceted:• Positive, self-contained, flexible personality with excellent communication and organisation skills• Strong analytical skills, systematic and accurate attitude• At least 3 years of experience in logistics • High affinity to branded products• High school / university education• SAP / R3 knowledge of advantage• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)• Motivation to optimise processes together with all colleagues• Open minded for new things and open minded for impulse coming from “outside”• Strong communication skills in order to work independently and in team• Understand our business model to adapt our process accordingly• Native level of Polish and good English and / or German written and oral language skills
