pharmacy are the one in which drugs

are sold to a patients

Care Pharmacy provides progressive pharmacy services since 2007

It has Eight Branches in Faisalabad.

All eight outlets have same exterior and interior.

All branches equipped with Generators and Solar panel UPS.

Care Pharmacy serves more than 12000 patients per day.

More than 15000 medicines brands are available in each branch.

bottom racks.

Care pharmacy has more than 100 Sales Team Members.

Each branch has three shifts. Morning, Evening, Night.

Each branch equipped with Electronic Thumb Impression

Machine for attendance and to generate Salaries.

Branch Manager:

Responsible to manage branch problems.

System sales staff:

Responsible to read patient prescription

and to prepare computer generated bills.

Backup Sales staff:

Responsible to remove medicines from

racks according to bills.

Checker:

Responsible to recheck the medicines.

Cashier:

Responsible for medicine delivery to

patient and payment purposes.

Technical Team

Care pharmacy has 2 persons dealing with any

issue regarding IT. Any System Error, Wiring

problem, Internet problem, Software and

Hardware problems.

Care pharmacy also have one Electrician

round the clock, if any problem regarding

electricity. Energy Saver Fans changing

etc.

Thermal printers are

attached with billing

systems.

All Eight Branches are interconnected with each

other and Head office through main Server or

through Intranet.

All the data or orders regarding medicines or

any other items are automatic generated.

Purchasing Department forward all order to the

concerned Distributors.

All distributors have different days for order

Collection and Supplies.

Medicines are coming from distributors to

main Head office every day.

Eight auditors from each branch are

present there; they check orders and place

their respective medicines in special

Supply boxes.

In the Evening, All boxes are transfer or

supply through special vans to different

Branches.

Again supply rechecks in every branch to

avoid any mistakes.

Care pharmacy provides 24 hour service,

7 days a week and 365 days in a year.

Seats are available in each branch for

customer sitting purpose.

If patient want to return medicines, so he

or she can return it with bill.

Electronic Bills are generated with

patient name. So patient has easily

claimed these bills with respective

Issuance Company.

All branches equipped with Internet

Facilities, so patient can easily search out

alternate brand or any medicine

information with the help of trained staff.

Blood and sugar checkup facilities also

available in all branches.
