To insure prompt repair, be sure that you provide complete legible information and a note indicating the nature of the product defect. We will Repair or Replace (at our sole discretion) your product at no charge. Please include a $10 (check or money order) to cover return postage and handling charges. Zadro Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED WITH A POLARIZED PLUG. AS A SAFETY FEATURE, THIS PLUG WILL FIT IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT, REVERSE THE PLUG. LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENTTo replace the light bulb, place the mirror face down on a flat surface and follow these steps:

1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.2. Remove the three screws as well as the

washers and save them.3. Carefully, remove the back-plate from the

mirror’s frame.4. Disconnect the power supply wires to the ballast

by unplugging the two connectors.5. Remove the 4-prong plug attached to the bulb

by moving the back of it from side to side, while pulling it outwards.

6. You will notice the three light bulb posts that have soft sticky back tape applied to them. They center and protect the light bulb inside the acrylic frame. Gently remove the old light bulb by pulling it outwards. DO NOT squeeze or press against the light bulb - it is made of very thin glass and will break easily. Lift ONLY by the plastic connector attached to the bulb.

7. Install the new light bulb by following the above procedure in reverse.

8. You MUST only use a 22W circular fluorescent bulb. The use of a stronger/lighter bulb may present a possible fire hazard and will void the warranty.

IMPORTANT: Replace only with a 22 Watt bulb. To use a different bulb may present a possible fire hazard and will void warranty.

• Always unplug the mirror before cleaning.• Use only a non-abrasive cleaner, such as our Z’Fogless

Spray.• Allow mirror to “cool” before storing.

CONSERVEZ CES INSTRUCTIONSPour remplacer l’ampoule, placer le miroir face en bas sur une surface plate et suivre ces étapes:

• Débrancher le cordon d’alimentation de la prise de courant 110V-120V.

• Retirer les trois vis aussi bien que les rondelles et les conserver.

• Retirer avec soin la plaque arrière du bâti de miroir.• Débrancher les fils d’alimentation allant au ballast en

débranchant les deux connecteurs.• Retirer la fiche à 4 broches attachée à l’ampoule en déplaçant

l’arrière de la fiche d’un côté à l’autre tout en la tirant vers l’extérieur.

• Vous remarquerez les trois montants d’ampoule qui portent une bande d’adhésif doux à l’intérieur du bâti acrylique. Retirer doucement la vielle ampoule en la tirant vers l’extérieur. NE PAS exercer de la pression sur l’ampoule - elle est fabriquée en verre très mince et se brise facilement. La lever SEULEMENT par le connecteur en plastique qui lui est attaché.

• Installer la nouvelle ampoule en suivant la procédure ci-dessus en sens inverse.

• Vous ne DEVEZ utiliser qu’une ampoule fluorescente circulaire de 22 W. L’emploi d’une ampoule plus puissante présente un risque d’incendie et annule la garantie.

GUARDA ESTAS INTRUCCIONESPonga el espejo cara abajo sobre una superficie plana y continuar con las instrucciones:

• Desenchufe el cable de energía del tomacorrientes de 110V - 120V.

• Quite los tres tornillos y las arandelas guárdelos.• Quite con cuidado la placa rasera del marco del espejo.• Desconecte los cables de energía que van a la resistencia,

desenchufando para ello los dos conectores.• Quite el enchufe de 4 patas que está conectado al foco,

moviendo la parte trasera del mismo de un lado al otro y al mismo tirando hacia afuera.

• Usted va a notar que los tres postes del foco tienen adherida una cinta adhesiva blanda. Los postes centralizan y protegen el foco que está dentro del marco de acrílico. NO apriete ni presione el foco ya que está hecho de un vidrio muy delgado y se rompe fácilmente. Levántelo SOLAMENTE tomándolo por el conector de plástico del foco.

• Para instalar el nuevo foco, siga las instrucciones que figuran arriba pero al revés.

• SOLO debe usarse el foco fluorescente circular de 22W. El uso de un foco más fuerte puede provocar incendio y anular la garantía.
