Cards final project:After our card making rehearsal we came to know that there are some changes to be made

in the inputs and there quantity. The new inputs with change plus their new changedquantities are given as follows:

Inputs and its quantity:

1. Texture paper (8 and half papers)

2. Chart paper ( 2 and half paper)

Purchasing cost:

It includes our transportations cost i.e.

Rs. 200 for CNGRs. 50 for car maintenance

Refreshment cost = 100

Total=350

Rent of space:

Space rent width 6.4* length 7.2=46.08

46.08*5=230.4Electricity 46.08*1=46.08

Total= 276.48

1. Texture paper (8 and half papers , rs.40 each i.e. 8.5*40=340)

2. Chart paper ( 2 and half paper, rs. 14 each i.e. 2.5* 14 =35)

3. red color net sheets (2 papers ,rs. 60 each i.e. 2*60=120)

4. golden ribbon (3 rolls, rs. 25 each i.e. 3*25=75)

5. Two colors (golden and red) sprinkle powder (2, 2 each color i.e. 4 total), each

color rs. 15, i.e. 4 *15 =60)

6. Jute ropes ( 1roll is rs. 90)

7. Foaming sheets 12 sheets, each sheet rs. 10 , I.e. 10*12= 120 )

8. Two colors ribbons ( 2 rolls, each roll rs. 25, i.e.2*25=50)

9. Mukesh/sitaray ( 250 grams, rs.20)

10. Uhu liquid glue medium size (3 glues, each glue 60, i.e.3*60=180)

Time for each process for each card:

1. cutting of texture paper , 3 min2. folding of texture paper that’s being cutted in the form of card , 10 sec

3. cutting of chart paper, 2min

4.  pasting of chart paper on the middle of the card , 10 sec

5.  pasting of jute ropes on the corners of the card, 2 min

6. cutting foaming sheet into heart shapes, 1 min

7.  pasting heart shapes on the chart paper that’s pasted on the card that is texture paper, 1 min

8.  pasting of mukesh/sitara on chart paper, 1 min

9.  pasting of muskesh/sitara on ribbons knot, 2 min

10. pasting of ribbons that are made into knots on the heart shapes, 1 min

11. cutting foaming sheet into bell shape , 1.5 min

12. cutting net sheet into bells shape , 2 min

13. pasting net sheet on foaming sheet of cutted bells, 3 min

14. pasting glue on heart shape an sprinkling color powder, 4 min

15. making bells balls with glitter glue, 30 sec

16. drying glitter glue, 2 min

17. writing happy new year with lead pencil first then with glitter glue writing on it

18. drying written quote, 2 min

19. making knot of golden ribbon , 2 min

20. pasting it on bells , 1 min

21. Finally after the card is completely drayed putting it in the envelops.

Total time for each card = 31.25 minutes
