CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Cardio *Bootcamp Whole body workout using a combination of HIIT, strength training & athletic drills. All skill levels welcome. *Cardio, Core & More Full body interval training workouts designed to tone your body and increase strength. *Cross Fix Wide variety of movements in a timed and scored workout. Always varied, always changing, always producing results, including TRX and more. Cycle Enhance your cardio workouts with this heart pumping, calorie burning session on a stationary bike. Drums Alive Combine traditional aerobic movements with powerful beats and rhythms of the drums. Workout for the entire mind, body, and spirit! Kick Punch Learn proper technique for kicks and punches and then layer them for kickboxing combos. Good for getting your heart pumping and improving coordination and endurance. All levels welcome! Performance Cycle Advanced class for the outdoor cyclist. Power Zumba An intense cardio workout using your own body weight for muscle conditioning. *Total Training Focuses on techniques for building stamina and strengthening your running ability. *Zumba GOLD Based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class but with a lesser impact. Can be done at any pace you prefer. If you like to dance, this is the class for you! Strength Balance & Flex Standing & seated mobility exercises, emphasizing continuous, rhythmic ranges of movement. Barre Class- Total body workout using bootcamp style cardio/HIIT drills for muscle building and conditioning. Pilates Focuses on the core & helps to promote flexibility & develop leaner looking muscles. Power 25 - A 25 minute, fast and effective upper body circuit designed to tone arms and abs. *Strength 360 Variety of total body conditioning involving strength, cardio, and resistance techniques to improve endurance and build strength. Yoga Ashtanga An athletic flow combining strength, flexibility, and stamina for a complete practice. Gentle Yoga Enjoy hatha yoga at a slower, more restorative, pace. Great for those just beginning a routine. Power Yoga Fast-paced form of yoga where each move flows into the next. An intense aerobic workout. Slow Flow Yoga Easy-to-learn yoga focusing on breathing & posture. Pose modifications give participants the option to make each position more challenging or simpler, making this class perfect for all fitness levels. Vinyasa An intermediate/advanced form of yoga focused on coordination of breath & continual, fluid movement. Yin Yoga Long holds that deeply open the hips, pelvis, and spine to create space in the joints and nourish connective tissues. You’ll leave feeling freer in body and mind. Yoga Fusion Move and breath with mindfulness through strong fluid movements. Modifications can be made to accommodate any level. Yoga Sculpt Get your heart rate up and burn some extra calories with this total body workout for ALL levels. Designed to tone and sculpt by combining weights, plyometrics, and vinyasa style yoga. HITT Yoga- adding energy, stability and balance by combining asana with interval training Aqua Aqua Aerobics A gentle workout using the water as your resistance. Great for anyone suffering from joint pain. Aqua Deep Improve your endurance in deep water with zero impact. Aqua Yoga Strengthen & balance your body while in the tranquility of the water.
