The Caraway is a first-of-its-kind project in Adams County, located at 7401Broadway. Maiker Housing Partners will repurpose the former Children & FamilyServices building into 44 units and create an additional 72 units of affordablehousing, with 12 units reserved for youth aging out of foster care. This is the firstopportunity Maiker has had to adaptively reuse an existing office building. Thesite is in unincorporated Adams County just north of Highway 36 near the I-25interchange.
