UTENILS
2 Medium bowls 18cm x 28cm lamington pan Packing paper Measuring cups Microwave bowl Medium saucepans Measuring spoons
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 160 to 180 degrees. Grease a 18cm x 28cm pan and line it with baking paper
STEP 2
Put 125g of butter in a microwave bowl and melt for 30 seconds on high
STEP 3
Get a medium bowl combine 1cup flour, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup desiccated coconut and melted butter, mix well.
STEP 4
Press mixture firmly into pan you prepared earlyer.bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let it stand to cool
STEP 5
Place 100g extra butter , 2 cans of condensed milk and (80g) of golden syrup in a medium saucepan tir it over low heat until to looks/ feels smooth.
smooth.pour over cooked crum base and bake for 20-25 minues until its golden. Alow to cool.
STEP 6
Melt 200g chocolate and 1TBSP vegetable oil on a low heat and stir till all combine
STEP 7
Pour the melted chocolate and oil evenly over the slice.
