Car parks are often part of larger construction projects that require a wide range of contractors to work effectively together, in order to keep quality, timelines and cost in line for the overall delivery. As a contractor we have to understand what other specialist contractors need to do on the project and how the work we’re responsible for links with their work to achieve the overall construction project. Health & Safety is always the number one priority for the LV Construction team. We have implemented a health & safety management system and approach that has been assessed, approved and certified to the OHSAS 18001:2007 standards and guidelines for the supply of sub- contract labor and construction services. To support our approach to health & safety, we work with a dedicated health & safety consultancy that performs regular checks of our operational practices, including site visits, to ensure that everyone working under the LV Construction company structure is following the required approach. When we're working in our sub-contractor capacity we ensure that all members of the LV Construction team fully understand the health & safety requirements of the main contractor, as well as the entire site rules.

PROJECTS. Gloucester Rail Station, Gloucester. We delivered all works onthe new carpark and entrance during the redevelopment of Gloucester Rail Station,

The Valley Shopping Centre, Evesham. We provided key groundworks services across the 125-acre site including the car park, excavations, drainage and concrete works.

EnviRecovery Project, Hartlebury. As well as providing car parking our team also installed drainage, road works, kerbs, block paving, labour supply and underground tanks at the Energy-from-Waste project near Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
