We want to ensure that staff remain current on the latest
news and trends in career services. Each Career Consultant has a membership to the National Association of Colleges and
Employers (NACE) and the Southern Association of
Colleges and Employers (SoACE).

DEVELOPMENT
As a first year Career Consultant, you will attend the NACE Career Coaching Intensive (CCI) and a regional career services conference. The NACE CCI focuses on developing coaching techniques to assist students with their career development. In addition to these opportunities, we invest in staff by participating in networking events, drive-in workshops, webinars, and trainings related to their role.
