Getting Ready
You have to make a videoYou need a transcription of the spoken content of
the videoThere’s no way to add video descriptions,
therefore the Narrator should describe important actions thus incorporating it into the video
DO NOT include quiet pauses in the audio

Select the Video
Click on the upload Button Search for it on your hard drive Click on the “Upload Now” button Autoshare options (Facebook, Twitter, Reader, etc.)

Upload transcript by selecting file from your hard drive
Make sure you choose transcript file (English only) It must be a .txt file

Fixing Transcription Errors #1
Go to the videos tag, subtitles and downloadIt will be named caption.sbv

After downloading the file it will be an .sbv
Open it with notepad
Copy it into Microsoft word to format it if needed
