BRIEF HOSTORY OF M/S SDC PVT. LTD:

M/s Spectrum Dyes & Chemical Pvt. Ltd. (M/S.SDC)

incorporated in the year 1989 with the aim and objective of

manufacturing Disperse Dyes. The Unit started its manufacturing

from April 1991 on world. The company has expanded its plant

capacity five times during the span of 1 4 year of operation .

PRESENT STATUS OF THE COMPANY

Today M/s SDC is a leading Dyestuff manufacturing company

in India, With a Strong customer base in domestic textile industry.

The company has a fully integrated plant for manufacturing of

Synthetic Dyes & Dyes Intermediates with an installed with an

installed capacity of 250 MT/M & 400 MT/M respectively.

The company achieve turnover of:

2004-05 35 cr.2005-2006 100cr.

2006-2007 115cr.

2007-2008 115cr.

2008-2009 125cr.

2009-2010 130cr.

The Company is currently supplying finished Dye product

in countries like, Czechoslovakia, Singapore, Syria, Zimbabwe,

Nepal, China, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Hong Kong. The Company is

selling its product to the cities like Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Hyderabad,

Bilwara, Ichalkaranji, Jodhpur, Delhi, Meerut, Amritsar, Ludhiana,

Gorakhpur, Noida and Mathura.

3.4 FUTURE PLAN:

The Company doesnt have future plants regarding capaci ty

expansion in the plant a Pals ana due to Government restriction.According to Government rules maximum production capacity

of dyes in area like Palsana is 250 MT/M.

To implement quality management system standards.

To implement ISO 9001-2000 standards.

To implement concept of sustainable development and

implementation of ISO 14001, Environment managementsystem is in progress.

Commitment to safe working Environment and accountability.

Fulfilling the requirement of OSHAS-18001 5A Standards.

To purchase very costly quality checkin g instrument.

SDC produces more than 150 colors. The Product is

globally known as Dyes. Dyes are the chemical Name of

colour. Disperse Dyes are dyes which are prepared by acidic

reaction. SDC produces disperse dyes mainly known as

synthetic organic dyes, there dyes are the disperse dyestuff

suitable for polyester materials selective SDC can also be

applied on NYLON & acetate materials
