How Capita can helpCapita are contracted to the NDA estate to provide Agency Supplied Workers. From the point when a candidate is offered conditional employment to the stage where the superintending officer checks over the pack we work to a tight service level agreement. This is achieved though the following:

Capita take ownership of the pack, chasing employment references daily

Experienced team working to a high turn around with high accuracy

 Knowledge of ONR regulations

Expertise in the security process of the entire estate

Works closely with the vetting departments keeping up to date with every update rolled out by the Cabinet Office

Low rejection ratePart of the delay in clearance can be caused by an incorrect pack being submitted leading to a rejection from vetting and then going through resubmission.

Capita have and extremely low rejection rate. A random sample of over 100 packs shows a 95% success rate. This is a rate that will only increase as the team become ever more practiced.

Our commitment Capita provides a dedicated team who understand the importance of Sellafield LTD security. We are able to take full control of a pack, allowing the candidate to simply provide their ID, apply for the Disclosure Scotland and provide the necessary signatures for the BSVR. We will ensure that references are sought immediately and chased daily thereafter.

As soon as the pack has been compiled we send to this to be signed off by the superintending officer (SO). The accompanying paperwork that the SO must provide for the pack to be able to continue is requested ASAP and subsequently chased for. Once the pack is complete Capita hand deliver this to the vetting department.

We are also able to provide a security consultation. This entails a member of the team meeting with the candidate and going through every requirement with them as a one off meeting. We would instruct what ID to use, how to complete the pack and offer advice with any references or other supporting documentations that would be required.
