• The Building saves around 19% electricity as compared to ASHRAE 90.1 Base case 2004

• A world class high performance energy efficient iconic manufacturing building

• Heat Recovery Systems are used to gain heat from exhaust air

• Efficient lighting fixtures are installed which consume 40% less energy when compared with conventional fixtures

Project Nokia Factory Building, Vietnam

Rating Achieved LEED NC Silver Rating (USGBC).

• The Building saves around 40% electricity as compared to ASHRAE 90.1 Base case 2004.

• The building uses the DES (district energy system) facility to run the absorption cooling system.

• Geothermal space conditioning systems are installed.

Rating Achieved LEED NC Platinum Rating (USGBC).

• The Building saves around 24% of energy as compared to

ASHRAE 90.1 Base case 2007

• Highly efficient water fixtures save 76% of water used when

compared with USGBC baseline

• 25kWp Solar PV system is proposed to generate 36,600 kWh of

energy which is equivalent to 17% of Interior lighting energy.
