Townsville Earthmoving (TEM) operate a well-respected multi-faceted business specialising in Earthmoving, Civil Construction, Plant Hire, Building Contractors and Property Development in North Queensland.

TEM is a privately owned family business that was established in 1978. Being privately owned is one of our strengths and major reason for our consistent service, quality and success. TEM is one of the largest and longest established Earthmoving Contractors in North Queensland and very few others can offer their customers over 37 years of practical industry knowledge that we can. The current generation at TEM contribute a diverse range of skills and expertise to the business which is necessary to face the challenges in the industry today and into the future. Diversification in the civil engineering and construction industry is the focus of our planning.

PLANT H IRE

Our hire equipment is fully serviced and regularly updated to ensure we have the best operation in the field; all our machinery and equipment undergo regular and stringent maintenance and safety checks by our qualified workshop team.

In addition, we include various attachments and the latest of GPS control and survey equipment. Our in-house team have the skills to convert and transfer digital data between various software and our machines eliminating the need for additional third party costs.

Our plant operators have extensive experience and within the group we have many operators exceeding long service employment. This gives us the unique benefit of being able to offer our customers a very experienced team, assuring them of maximum productivity with little or no downtime.
